I enclose two recent passport size photographs of myself and of all accompanying dependents as well as following civil status documents (I don`t understand what I have to enclose besides the photographs of me..?)
Application for Work Permit:
14. Economic/Industrial activity of employer (?)
15. Experience gained in job applied for or in related fields(Testimonials to be attached)

Furthermore I need codes for the office use...at the right side of the sheet... or are they filled in by the office??

Hello Lena,
Don't panic....
14.
This should be references from your tutors at university or on your course. In fact there should be a written agreement between the company in Mauritius and your course?
14.
Passports pictures of you and photocopy of passport to confirm marital status (confirming you're single)
14/ What does your emplyer do? In which sector is it specialised in? Hotel? - Hospitality and Management
Hospital? - Health Care
e.t.c
15/ Testimonials are like refererences from people who have known you. Say for your case, if you are a university student, the references should come from your Course Coordinator or your lecturers who have to say that they can confirm that you're a person they have known for a while, you're a honest and beautiful girl bla blab labla e.t.c they need to confirm that you are enrolled on that course for which you are doing the placement!
I can't understand the others.
Please photocopy your form and email them to me. I'll have a quick read through if you want.
Hope this helps somehow!

Your highschool diploma (Abiturzeugnis) and if you already have a "Vordiplom" should be sufficient in your case.
When I applied for an occupation permit, everything had to be translated by a certified translator and apostilled. Apostilled means that a local authority (in Germany Amtsgericht for example) certifies that the translator who translated the documents was really certified by the German authorities. Usually the translator will obtain the Apostille for you. |
